Cancellation Policy

Music Lessons-Clients can cancel up to 48 hours beforehand without being assessed a cancellation fee. Cancellations anytime after 24 hours will result in full charges. Creative Services: Consulting: Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations made after the 24-hour mark will incur a 50% booking fee. Ensemble Booking-Clients can cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the event, however, such cancellation will cause a forfeit of 50% deposit. Cancellations past the 2-week mark will incur full charge for services. Recording: Services are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Clients can cancel a project within 24 hours subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Projects canceled after the 24-hour mark are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
